The order at the door

Open a stop and the sales order is right there — every line, every quantity. The driver knows exactly what this customer gets before knocking, and the “what was I supposed to leave here?” phone call disappears.

Proof that ends arguments

At delivery, the customer signs on the driver's screen; the app records who signed, where the truck was standing, and — when it helps — a photo of the goods at the door. “We never got it” conversations end with a signature and a pin on the map.

Sell off the truck

When the customer at the door wants more than what was ordered, the driver writes the order right there — scan or search the item, set the quantity, and have the customer sign for it. The order lands in your system priced at that customer's contract prices, inventory comes off the truck, and the office invoices it like any other sale.

Cylinder counts at the site

For gas customers, the driver counts cylinders in the cage and enters the number — the customer's balance reconciles on the spot, with the adjustment recorded. Rental billing runs on counted reality, not on last quarter's guess.
